This folder is used to enter mortgage information and develop mortgage schedules and reports. It can produce monthly or annual mortgage schedules for each mortgage and the combined mortgage schedule. There is no limit on the number of mortgages that can be created.

Features of the Financing Folder include the ability to:
• Select Fixed or Variable Interest Rates
• Choose from eight mortgage types with varying interest and payment options
• Make additional payments or borrowings in any period
• Create multiple Terms and Amortization periods
• Start and terminate the mortgage in any given year and month.

The flexible features can be used to create any type of mortgage including Graduated Payment Mortgages, Variable Rate Mortgages, Construction or Draw mortgages, mortgages customized to cash flows, allowing you to explore creative financing options.

Tenant Loans can be set up for the repayment of leasehold improvements funded by the landlord and repaid by the tenant over the term of the lease.
